Isn’t it time you and your management/culinary staff were all ServSave® Certified?
Mecklenburg county requires a full time manager to have completed a food service sanitation program approved by the department with a current certification and at least one certified manager has to be present at all hours of operation.
If, during inspection, there is no certified manager on premises you will lose 2 points on you sanitation score. And, besides that, food safety, proper handling and sanitation should always be your operation’s number one concern.
Our unique course model allows you to study with our instructor/proctor for a two hour facilitated review immediately followed by the ServSave Exam.
Cost is only $169 per person and includes all course materials necessary. Please bring your laptop in order to take the Exam on-line.
