Directed by Johnson & Wales Sr. Culinary Instructor Chef Carrie Hegnauer our team of qualified culinary professionals and educators run what may be the most enjoyable school you’ll find anywhere…you’ll definitely want to eat your homework!
Here you’ll join others in attendance at a wine tasting, culinary lesson, Master Baker’s class, a seminar about International cheeses or a micro-brew tasting for an afternoon. Bring your kids to our popular Kids Camps or sign them up for a weekly Kids Can Cook course. So many choices…and they are all yours.
With our deep roots in the culinary scene we are also an attraction to guest chefs, authors and industry professionals for cameo instruction and demonstrations.
