Our Director of Operations, Dana Keith, is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with both an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s in Food Service Management.
Dana was a Dean’s List award recipient and also received her European Wine Certificate in 2014 attending the prestigious German Wine & Sommelier School.
Before joining The City Kitch®, Dana was a member of the bakery team at Whole Foods Market and worked her Culinary Internship at Indian Trail’s Sun Valley Café.
A military veteran, Dana served in the United States Air Force Security Forces from 2001-2005.
Dana provides valuable administrative support at The City Kitch with diverse responsibilities including daily facility operations, customer relations, kitchen coordination, personnel and office management.
As our “Director Of First Impressions”, her excellent customer service skills and vibrant charm are one of the reasons that The City Kitch truly is “where Charlotte comes to cook”.
Dana is recently engaged to another JWU alum York Winstead and is ‘mom’ to daughter Brinley and son Milo. She and York just welcomed new son Orin into the family in February!
